OBJECTIVES AND METHODS
This interactive programme demonstrates very specific skills covering planning and preparation through to the evaluation of performance. In addition, it looks in depth at the skills required to carry out effective interviews. Your people will work with co-delegates and learn from a series of case studies, exercises and group discussions.
