Mentoring
Support and encourage colleagues
OBJECTIVES AND METHODS
The successful mentor achieves the right results not only by guiding the mentee, but also by understanding the limits of their involvement and by encouraging the mentee to take responsibility for their own development. This programme provides the essential tools and skills needed to become an effective mentor and get the best from mentees. Delegates will learn how to use their own experience in order to help others in their organisation to develop their own decision-making skills.
